Smart Payment Technologies partners with Arch Creative to strengthen its social media presence and reposition the brand within the payments space.

Our Remit

We handle social media strategy and management, content strategy and planning, creative design and production, community management, quarterly video content shoots, as well as monthly animated explainer videos and interviews.

Acting as an extension of the Smart Payment Technologies team, we deliver consistent day-to-day content and a long-term strategy focused on growth, credibility, and lead generation.

The Big Idea

We identified a key opportunity: simplifying a complex industry.

The strategy shifted towards positioning Smart Payment Technologies as an accessible and knowledgeable partner in payments.

We did this through:

  • Humanising the brand by showing real people and their expertise
  • Breaking down complex payment topics into digestible formats

This works because payments infrastructure can be difficult to understand. By making content simple and practical, the brand becomes more approachable and trustworthy to decision-makers.

This approach positions Smart Payment Technologies as experts whilst building trust through transparency, and encourages engagement from the audience because they find value in the content.

Strategic Focus

LinkedIn

LinkedIn serves as the primary channel for growth and credibility. Our strategy covers:

  • B2B storytelling to showcase partnerships, integrations, and real-world use cases, demonstrating the commercial impact and problem-solving strengths of the team.
  • Thought leadership and product education helps to simplify payments, addressing real operational challenges faced by their customers.
  • Highlighting team expertise and experience to reinforce credibility through the people behind the product.

Instagram and Facebook act as supporting channels, that include elements of the above whilst also showcasing team culture and behind-the-scenes content, engaging formats like competitions, polls and milestones, as well as top-level payment insights. These channels support brand warmth and community building whilst still reinforcing key messages.

The Result

Early momentum

While still in the early stages, performance shows clear positive movement. After the first month of content, we saw:

  • +3.5% increase in impressions
  • +101.7% increase in reactions
  • 43.4% engagement rate

When it comes to engagement and brand impact, there was a noticeable uplift in content quality and consistency, leading to stronger engagement across platforms and positive feedback from both client and audience.
