The Arch team were invited to the private viewing of the Soft Touch Arts ‘Luv Leicester’ exhibition at Highcross shopping centre last night.
We were all very impressed with the high standard of photography on display and the talented young people’s self portraits.
Over the past few weeks Arch have been busy helping support Soft Touch Arts with this annual project. The ‘Luv Leicester’ exhibition features photographs and self-portraits that portray one week in Leicester as well as a live curated portrait exhibition involving shoppers and shop staff from Highcross.
In collaboration with our photographer Tom Wren, we offered our guidance on concepts, composition and technical support and encouraged the young people to create a great set of photographs which are available to buy.
The exhibition runs until August 15th at Highcross, Upper Mall (at the shop unit between Jones the bookmakers and Office Shoes), so if you are around in Leicester, go and get your portrait taken between 12 and 2pm everyday!
