The brochures we’ve designed have just arrived for a new luxury development of penthouses and apartments. The 12 page brochure, which features information and plans for the 22 apartments, based in Leicester City Centre, is printed with high quality stocks and finishes.
Arch Creative also designed the branding for Stonesby House, along with a comprehensive suite of marketing materials including advertising boards, signage plaques and an advertising campaign. Arch also art-directed a lifestyle photo-shoot in the stunning development, capturing a range of images to showcase the fantastic views and natural light.
The logo take inspiration from a motif detail on the Victorian building’s exterior door surround, and has been coupled with modern colour ways to give a classic, but contemporary balance.
