In the 1950’s Leicester was the second richest city in Europe and there’s definitely another buzz going on now. Well we always knew how creative Leicester was, and now the national newspapers are spreading the word too…
Along with this weekend’s Eurovision entry who hails from Leicester – we also have all of this creative talent going on right now:
